Curriculum
St Cuthbert’s College offers both the IB Diploma Programme and the NCEA (New Zealand national curriculum). After completing NCEA Level 1 in Year 11, students are free to choose whether to continue with NCEA or transition to the IB Diploma Programme. Every student receives expert subject selection guidance to find the academic pathway best suited to her personality, abilities, and interests.
The primary school follows the Reggio Emilia Philosophy, which recognises every child as resilient and capable, emphasising natural development and the child’s interaction with their surrounding environment.
